Electric Tests

Electric safety test used to be required every 10 years but, along with colleagues at Six Town Housing, these have been reduced to every 5 years. We aim to have any that fall into this category completed by the 31st March 2024. Our electrical contractor, GTM, will be in touch in due course to arrange for yours to be done, if your property falls into this category. Please do not hesitate to contact the office if you have any queries.

Tenant Satisfaction Measures.

Over the next several months all our tenants will receive a survey asking how satisfied they are with all aspects of the service Springs TMC delivers. 

There will be questions around your overall satisfaction, how happy you are with our repairs service, whether you feel your home is well-maintained and safe. 

You will also be asked as to whether you thing Springs TMC listens to you, keeps you informed and treats you fairly and with respect. You will be asked how any complaints you might have made were handled. 

There will be questions on communal areas, your local area and how any anti-social behaviour issues you might have faced were handled. 

We would encourage all our tenants to complete these surveys when they arrive and return to the Springs TMC Housing Office.
